Do we ship outside the UK?

Currently we only ship to the UK on our site.

What is the policy on damaged or lost items?

If an item arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us, so we can assess the matter and come to a case resolvement.

We advise using the tracking information sent to you via email or to send us a direct messages on socials.

Please be patient while we work with you to resolve any issues.

Once an order is sent, it is the couriers responibility to deliver it safely and on time.

We advise contacting the courier in regards to claims for lost items, any damages items will be assessed on a case by case basis.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

What is your return policy?

We have a 7 day guarantee return policy if you change your mind. You will be able to receive a refund once the item is posted back and received*. It must be in original condition and any damages will be deducted accordingly. We do not refund postage on parcels returned. All items sent back must be sent by tracked postage.

*Please note custom items are non refundable.

Do you offer gift cards and vouchers?

We offer gift cards and vouchers in a variety of values.

Physical cards can be purchased on our shop and will be posted to you, please navigate to the listing and choose your amount.

Valid for 2 years and will work across the store, please don't share your unquie code on the card.

*can not be exchanged for cash and must be used in one go.

Custom Design Service

Any purchase of a custom order will carry T&Cs, see below.

Please contact us via the contact page on our site or FB to place a custom order.

The Custom Process:

- Message us to discuss your initial idea and size requested*

- Quote with invoice (this is to be paid before design process can begin)

- Sample mock image sent via message or email

- Appoval from the customer

- Production and delivery

Please note: Custom orders that have been approved will not be eligible for a refund, so please make sure the correct sizing is chosen depending on the item.

*Sizing applies only to clothing items

Tailoring service

​For tailoring services, please contact us directly on our Facebook page. This is a very personal service and requires communication and confirmation first.

All enquires are quoted on a case by case basis.

The Process of our Tailoring Service:

- Message our FB page, providing clear photos of item requiring repairs.

- Price quoted by seller

- Invoice must be paid before posting items

- Items posted to our returns address

- Full assessment on arrival

- Product fixed or altered

- Send back to customer

Please note: Customers are responsible for postage both ways and must use tracked service

If we are not able to fix or alter your item(s) then a full refund will be issued. This only applies if we deem the item unrepairable.
